All orders are shipped either from our warehouse in Vancouver or Toronto, Canada.
Canada & USA
We offer free shipping to Canada and US for orders above $99.00 CAD (or equivalent in other currencies). We cover duties and taxes for all shipments purchased.

Standard Shipping
Delivery times listed above are only estimates and do not take into consideration delays due to holidays, customs clearance, weather etc. Addresses in remote areas may require additional delivery time.
RETURNS
If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we'd love to help you coordinate a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original packaging.
All shipping charges with your order are non-refundable.
Please note: A return shipping label will be generated if you qualify for a return within Canada and the USA. There will be a $15.00 CAD charge for this shipping label. If you choose exchange, we will provide a complimentary return label.
Once your return is received and checked at our Vancouver warehouse, a refund or credit will be issued to you within 4 weeks to the same form of payment.
Damaged Product?
If you had an issue with your product, please send a photo to our team at duelleinfo@gmail.com; we are happy to work with our customers and offer replacements within 90 days of purchase.
